Shipping policy

Currently we only ship within the United States. Orders are packed and shipped on Thursday.

You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

What happens if my item never arrives? Email us at admin@universeofharth.com and we’ll contact USPS. If the package is not recovered we will arrange to have another order shipped to either the same location or a different address.
